I didn't see anything in the article saying that "very top people in the military are ... passing judgment on Obama", at least in public. [There were indications that military leaders had done so about Pres. Clinton, however.]<BR/>Furthermore, the idea that members of the executive branch, including the military, owe absolute loyalty to the President, not to the Constitution, has been one of the big flaws in the Bush administration.
